Syl Carson is an internationally recognized teacher, healer, and poet. She started Bodhi Yoga™ in 1998 after she was invited to share her yoga practice with several residents of Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort.  She opened the first yoga center in Utah Valley, located 45 miles south of Salt Lake City.

Her experience and wisdom extend to complimentary yoga modalities she calls Soul Weather™ including meditation, the chakras, astrology, and more. Syl offers classes at the Bodhi Yoga™ Center, online classes, courses, and apps. She regularly hosts in-person and online special events anyone can attend.
